Orders & Shipping Information

What are your shipping options?
Currently we only ship with SiCepat, standard shipping.
Can I make a change to shipping address before my package ships?
You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting our customer care. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address. All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined following a security screening.
Do I need an account to place an order?
If you'd like to keep track of your orders and save your details, you might want to consider creating an account for convenience.

Alternatively, you can select the guest checkout option which doesn't require you to create an account.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
We don’t offer expedited shipping at this time, but if you want to receive your order as soon as possible, email us at care@iete.fit
When will my order ship?
Once you place your order, it’ll process within 1 business day. From there we’ll ship it out and send you your tracking number once it’s out the door. Give your tracking number 24 hours to update once you receive it, and then wait patiently for your athleisure game to completely change!

In case of pre-order item, the shipping will begin from the day in detail page. We do not allow cancellation or exchange especially for pre-order items

What's my order status?
To lookup the status of your order, click here! If you have an iete.fit account, you can log in and view order status and tracking on the Account page, under order history. It typically takes 1-3 business days for an order to ship. If you need further assistance, please click here to email us.

Payment Information

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI & Permata Bank), credit card (Visa, MasterCard & JCB), and digital wallet (OVO, ShopeePay & Dana).

The Bank Transfer Payment Code will expire after 1x24 hours. Your purchase will be automatically be canceled if payment isn’t received within that period.

Will my payment information be secure?
We take security very seriously, so we do everything we can to protect your information. All confidential data, including payment information, is encrypted and transmitted through our industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Should any unauthorized charges show up on your credit card as a result of shopping with i-ete.fit, you must alert your credit card provider immediately and in accordance with your credit card's reporting rules and procedures. i-ete will assume liability for purchases made through i-ete.fit only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own.

Please note that we'll never ask a customer to confirm any account or credit card details via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from i-ete and asking you to do so, do NOT respond and please contact us immediately.


Returns & Exchanges

What's the return policy?
Any order placed can be returned within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame. We do not accept returns for 3rd party retailers. To see full policy, click here.
Can I return my product for a refund or an exchange?
Sure! We're 100% committed to making you happy. If you wish to return your item(s), please contact us with the reason of return, within 7 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable), and we will provide the return instructions in details! Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.
Do you provide return label?
We are currently unable to provide free return labels. Customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
Can I exchange more than once on an order?
We currently offer one complimentary exchange per order on all items. If you need to exchange your order a second time, set up a return for a refund so you can place a new order on our website for that new size or style.
When will my return be processed?
Please note that all items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags attached to receive a refund or exchange. Once approved you'll receive an email notification of the refund or when your exchange ships. Please note that it can take your card company up to a full billing cycle to have your refund reflected on your statement. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment, excluding original shipping charges.
